• Warranty and product exchange terms:

• All products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranties, unless otherwise stated. For the warranty terms to be valid, be sure to check the product during the receipt process.

• Com undertakes to replace any item that has a clear manufacturing defect that prevents full use of it, after the customer contacts us via official mail by sending a statement of this within 7 days from the date of receipt, and the defective product returned to us via the shipping company will be replaced with a new product, and arabfamilybs.com alone bears all shipping expenses incurred as a result.
• If the ordered product is faulty due to the customer’s use or if the product is used within 7 days, the product cannot be returned or replaced, and the above transaction is protected in accordance with Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection.
