Distance selling contract

Article One: Parties:

• Customer: The person who has the membership or registered order with his contact information.
• Date: The time in time recorded when the sale was completed on the site.

 

Article Two: Subject and content of the agreement:

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and the Distance Contracts Regulations, which the buyer registered electronically on the website www.arabfamily.com owned by the seller.

Article Three: Persons authorized to purchase:

Those under 18 years of age cannot shop on arabfamilybs.com.

arabfamilybs.com offers products for children, but we only sell them to adults, or through a parent membership.

Article Four: Payment Terms:

• You can purchase the products of your choice from arabfamilybs.com using all bank credit cards, bank transfer, postal check, or mail. The delivery time of the books starts after the payment is made.
• Orders not paid within 3 days via bank transfer, wire transfer, postal check or mail will be cancelled.
• When you transfer by wire transfer, mail or postal check, you must provide us with a copy of the receipt via the email address specified above.

Article Five: Shipping Mechanisms:

• Your orders will be shipped through the largest shipping companies in Turkey and the world, with which we have shipping agreements, namely PTT and YURT IÇİ within Turkey, and FEDEX and TNT outside Turkey.
• The book delivery period is the book preparation period of 1-2 working days + the shipping period to you mentioned on the website according to your location.
• Attention: You must include your direct contact number in any return request.

Article Six: Recovery and Exchange:

arabfamilybs.com undertakes to return and exchange any item that has not been damaged or used and has not exceeded 7 days from the date of delivery, with the value of the product being returned to the customer within 7 days from the date of return, with the customer bearing the shipping and follow-up expenses.

arabfamilybs.com undertakes to replace any item that has a clear manufacturing defect that prevents full use of it, after the customer contacts us via official mail by sending a statement of this within 7 days from the date of receipt. The defective product returned to us via the shipping company will be replaced with a new product, and arabfamilybs.com alone bears all shipping expenses incurred as a result.

If the ordered product is faulty due to the customer’s use or if the product is used within 7 days, the product cannot be returned or replaced, and the above transaction is protected in accordance with Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection.

Article Seven:

arabfamilybs.com does not store hundreds of thousands of copies like other large sites. When a product is ordered that is not available in stock, the customer is contacted via the contact methods registered in the purchase order and the order value is refunded if the product agreed upon in the order is not provided.

 

Article Eight: General Provisions:

New circumstances not included in this agreement and beyond the control of the parties, which, when they occur, make it impossible for one or both parties to fulfill their obligations under the contract or to fulfill them in a timely manner, such as (natural disaster, war, terrorist attack, uprising, difference in legislative provisions and the constitution, seizure or strike, closure, major failure of production facilities, communications and shipping companies and the like), in this case the party under these circumstances shall notify the other party immediately in writing or by voice, and there will be no liability for the failure of the parties due to these force majeure circumstances, and if they continue for more than ten days, each party will have the right to terminate the contract unilaterally.

Article Nine: Settlement of Disputes and Disagreements:

In the event of disputes and conflicts, the Consumer Arbitration Committee at the Customs Administration or the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce shall be referred to and authorized to adjudicate between the seller and the customer.
